Yes, you did read correctly! No need to make pizza dough either. These 5 minute pizza’s are perfect for those quick lunches and make fun party snacks. Kids and love them too. This is certainly not rocket science, so I’ll just stop talking now…
Except to say, you can pretty much put anything that rocks your boat onto the pizza.
Ingredients – This is for my version, quite frankly I just used bits and pieces that where in my fridge.
- 1 x wrap
- Cheddar cheese – grated
- Tomato – thinly sliced
- Salami – sliced
- Fresh basil
To pimp up your pizza, think:
Mushrooms, onions, avocado, blue cheese, peppers, chilli, artichokes, olives, thinly sliced aubergine, thinly cut spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, tofu, feta, ham, bacon, Parma ham rocket, parsley etc. …
Recipe –
- Preheat your grill – 250 degrees C
- Place the wrap on a heatproof plate
- Put the wrap under the grill for 1 minute to harden it slightly
- Add the cheese, tomatoes and salami
- Place under the grill (keep an eye on it) for about 4 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the outside of the wrap is slightly crisp
- Remove from the oven and add the basil
- Cut and eat
Dee’s notes –
- Add items such as fresh herbs, avocado, Parma ham, parmesan at the end after the cooking is done
- The base can be quite flimsy once the cheese is melted so rather keep it on a heat proof plate that you can put in the oven, that way you don’t need to transfer it. If you transfer it to a board, do be careful that it doesn’t break
- Enjoy
So going to try this! We often have left over wraps. Thanks Dee x

It’s a great way to use up those left over wraps, I also always have them left over! The kids will love them. Enjoy 😊

Hi Dee, great idea – thank you!
Ironically I was saying to my husband last night that we should have pizza night with my daughter next week where she can add her own toppings to her pizza, but the pizza bases in the shops are so thick, chewy and too heavy on her little tummy. This recipe is a super alternative!
Can’t wait to try it ☺
